The new guidance from our Governor and our desire to continually improve our guest experience has enabled us to change some of the ways we operate from this point forward. Here are some key changes we would like our guests to understand.
Walk-up ticket sales will be limited; to guarantee your lift ticket please book them online.
Season pass holders will not be required to make reservations.
4th Grade Passports and Industry Passes can also be redeemed at the window without a reservation.
Reduced Ticket Limits for both the slopes and tubing make pre-booking tickets even more important.
The Lift bar will be limited to 50% capacity with a limit of four people per table.
Reasonable time limits will be enforced to facilitate maximized use of our limited indoor capacity.
Tables may not be moved or grouped.
No Kids will be allowed in the bar at all until further notice.
No Personal belongings or bags are allowed in the bar as well as no gearing up and getting ready in the bar at this time.
Group lessons are available with a 48-hour advanced notice. No more than 3 households will be placed in each group lesson. Private and semi-private lessons are available with a 48-hour advanced notice. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult from the same household during the lesson. Guests and instructor are required to wear masks during the lesson.
We want to thank all of our guests for their patronage and we appreciate everyone’s flexibility during these times. Our goal is to provide a safe skiing, boarding and tubing experience for our guests and employees.
