Ticket Sales/Office
Ticket Product Sales Agents deliver outstanding guest service, managing the sale of lift tickets, season passes, and fulfilling pre-purchased orders. You'll be the friendly face of Mount Kato, answering inquiries, resolving guest product/ticket issues, facilitating refunds, and collecting necessary information. We're looking for positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to quality guest service.

This department is a great starting position for 18 and older. You’ll learn customer service skills that will be invaluable to you in the future. An energetic employee can quickly work up the ladder from assisting customers in boot selection to handing out skis or snowboards to working on the Tech Bench.

Help us deliver a great season! As a member of the Snowmaking Crew, you'll be responsible for the production of high-quality snow across the resort. This demanding, all-weather job involves monitoring and adjusting equipment, operating snowmobiles, and performing maintenance, primarily during overnight shifts. This is an all-volunteer position dedicated to providing safety and assistance to guests on the slopes. Patrollers are responsible for administering emergency care and assisting injured skiers and snowboarders. Successful candidates must be committed to completing extensive Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) training to become certified. We are a fun, dedicated team who take pride in our service to the Mount Kato community.

Join our Ski Patrol Team to ensure the safety and well-being of every guest. Patrollers provide emergency first aid and assistance on the slopes, perform daily hazard checks, and maintain safe access across the mountain. This demanding role requires a current CPR certification (OEC/EMT preferred) and the ability to perform heavy physical labor, including intensive snow shoveling, often in harsh winter weather.

As a Ski and Snowboard Technician, your primary duties include tuning, repairing, and maintaining customer and rental equipment. You will perform binding adjustments and mounts, complete stone grinding, and ensure all gear meets safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong customer interaction to accurately assess their needs and explain technical service recommendations. Previous tech shop experience is highly preferred.
